A plea for patience!28 October 2021
As winter approaches and we are all going back to something approaching normal after the lockdowns of last year, the pressure is once again increasing on our GP surgeries. HRA understands that staff members at The Highcliffe Medical Centre have recently had problems with impatient and at times aggressive behaviour towards them.
We would like to thank our local medical team for all their hard work and dedication, and make a special plea for understanding and appreciation at another difficult time for NHS workers.
